Privacy
What we collect

Short version: nothing of our own. No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking.

This website

barleyandbronze.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its pictures and fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact any other company when you visit.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request (such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for) to deliver the page, protect it from attacks and count visits in aggregate. We see only those totals, never anything that identifies you. Cloudflare’s own handling is described in its privacy policy.

The game

Barley & Bronze sends no data of its own. It has no telemetry, no account and no online features of its own. Your saves stay on your computer and, if you turn on Steam Cloud, in your Steam account.

When you buy or play the game on Steam, Valve handles your purchase, your account, achievements and Steam Cloud under the Steam Privacy Policy. We receive only aggregate sales and wishlist numbers from Valve.

Changes

If this ever changes (for example, an optional crash report or usage survey), it will be off until you turn it on, and this page will say what is sent before it ships.
